Cookie Policy

Effective 29 July 2026. What we store on your device, why, and how to change it.

Verify against the deployed build before publishing
The categories below describe the intended cookie usage. Before publication, audit the production build for the cookies and local storage keys it actually sets, including any set by third-party scripts, and reconcile this table against that inventory. A cookie policy that does not match observed behaviour is worse than none.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a site stores on your device. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and session storage, which work differently but serve comparable purposes. Where this policy says "cookies", it covers those too.

Categories we use

Managing cookies

Where consent applies, you can set your preferences when you first visit and change them at any time. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break authentication and parts of the service will stop working, which is a statement of fact rather than a discouragement.

Most browsers publish instructions for cookie controls in their help documentation. Some offer a global "do not track" or global privacy control signal; where we are legally required to honour such a signal, we do.

Third parties

Some cookies are set by providers acting on our behalf, for example analytics and infrastructure providers. They act as processors under contract and are not permitted to use the data for their own purposes.
